Is HNK part of NSI?

HNK is part of the listed office investor NSI. As a result, we have over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector. Because we own our buildings, we can go the extra mile for our tenants. It also gives us the opportunity to implement sustainable initiatives, without depending on third parties.

What are my possibilities at HNK?

We advise you on this on the possibilities page. Broadly speaking, we have four product types: Managed Office, Custom Office, Meeting rooms and Workspace for a day.

Which services are included?

This depends on the type of product. With a Managed Office, for example, we arrange everything for you and your team. With a Custom Office, we can do the same, but you choose what your organisation needs. Every tenant uses the HNK app, which allows you to book our meeting rooms with a tenant discount or pre-order from our own Food & Beverage concept The Social. You can find The Social at almost every HNK location. You can also always work from the other HNK locations, where you can even use our sustainable shared transport options.
