Flexible Host

As a flexible host at HNK, you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills across different locations and areas of the business. You’ll drive a company car to the HNK location where you’ll be working that day. There, you’ll provide our tenants with an excellent experience by supporting them throughout their working day. On other days, you’ll work with the Customer Operations team to help optimize the HNK brand and Customer Journey. This way, you’ll always have a full 40-hour working week. And because you work at our locations every day, your input and insights are essential.

This is what you will be doing:

- No two days are the same: you’ll use your skills across multiple HNK locations in your region.

- You ensure that the HNK location looks perfect and give everyone a warm welcome.

- You enjoy connecting with our tenants, build strong relationships with them and support them wherever you can.

- You record and process leads and forward them to the Location Manager. Together you spot opportunities so that the location performs to its full potential.

- You give enthusiastic tours to potential tenants and give them a good impression of the services we offer.

- You answer the phone, screen, connect and receive messages.

- You perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining the daily log, reporting issues and handling mail.

- You help organise events.

- You contribute to projects within HNK’s Customer Operations team aimed at improving tenant satisfaction.

- Your experiences across our different locations provide valuable input for the entire HNK team.

You identify with this:

- You are welcoming, professional and flexible.

- You know exactly how to provide tenants with the best possible support.

- You have completed an MBO or HBO-level education and have a good command of both Dutch and English.

- You are comfortable working independently and are always ready to roll up your sleeves.

- You are available to work during regular school holidays.

- You have a valid driving licence.

- A full-time contract for 40 hours per week.
