HNK Amsterdam Sloterdijk is located in the heart of the rapidly transforming urban district Sloterdijk, only a stone's throw away from intercity train station Amsterdam Sloterdijk. Developed by hospitality design studio HD+VK, the office design is sustainable and surprising with iconic elements. The intuitive layout makes it easy for people to move through the spaces while encouraging interaction.
Sustainable and comfortable
This new location has been developed in line with HNK's renewed vision: to create working environments that are entirely focused on achieving ultimate growth for people and organisations. HNK believes that the better you feel, the better you can do your work. That is why sustainable choices and comfort are central to the interior design of this location. At HNK Amsterdam Sloterdijk, facilities have been added that enable and encourage different ways of working, such as a co-working space with curved screens and refurbished Herman Miller chairs, a library with a fireplace, a podcast studio, wellness area and an extensive restaurant with bar. The meeting rooms are specially designed to suit the purpose of the meeting: from a creative brainstorm to an unforgettable event.
A (hotel) lobby full of green
The eye-catcher of the office is the lobby full of green, reminiscent of a hotel entrance with a 5-metre-high tree. The design with natural and organic shapes offers tenants and their guests the opportunity to catch up or retreat. Music is played to suit the space and time of day, and a special fragrance has been developed to match the HNK brand.

Later this year, the very first HNK location - HNK Rotterdam Scheepvaartkwartier - will get a completely new interior and in 2024, the new location HNK Rotterdam Alexander will open its doors. At these locations, all additional facilities that fit HNK's new vision will also be added.
